15 июл. 2013 в 7:29. Issue with multiplayer serial key registration. I've seen that a few others are having similar problems and was just wondering if there is a fix. To keep it brief: I launched the game and entered my serial and played a little bit of single player. Decided I wanted to play some online matches and upon clicking the multiplayer button it prompted me to create an account and enter my serial key again. Every time I enter my key for multiplayer it tells me This serial key is already in use . Is there a separate serial for offline vs online? Why would it ask me for another key and then penalize me for using it in the solo version? Has anyone found a fix for this? I really want to play this game and I got it for the multiplayer primarily. Steam tells me its an Ea issue. Waiting to hear back from steam now. All I know is this is LAME. 15 июл. 2013 в 9:52. I also have the same issue. I have spoke with origin to help me with this problem they did everything they could on their side. They were not able to fix the problem. They have no idea what to do. You have two options, you can either press shift+tab in game and click on the CD key button to get a pop up with it, or you can right click on the game title in your library and select product key from the mini menu. Even so, I was unable to resolve my issue that I had last year and if you end up with the same problem, I don't have a solution. I would recommend putting in the key for multiplayer first, that way if it won't let you play single player it isn't as big of a loss. Hope this helps.
